Winlift Solutions was conceived 5 years ago by Shane Manssen, inspired by his experience while subcontracting on waste-to-energy facilities around the country. Shane consistently observed daily challenges caused by shortages of qualified and experienced personnel on-site. Recognizing an opportunity to significantly enhance operational efficiency, Shane envisioned creating a business dedicated to providing highly skilled staff tailored specifically to the industry’s unique requirements.
Shane’s expertise became increasingly vital to multiple projects and leading contractors across various sites, prompting daily calls for his assistance. Seeing this growing demand, Shane founded Winlift Solutions, transforming his practical success into a dedicated enterprise focused entirely on supporting clients’ operational excellence.
Over recent years, demand for Winlift Solutions’ services has substantially increased, driven by the company’s consistent track record of delivering smooth, timely, and efficient operations across numerous construction projects throughout the UK.
